These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of CODVPN subscriptions.
1. Service Description
CODVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service optimized for gaming. The service is provided "as is" and allows users to change their geolocation IP address.
2. Pricing and Subscription
Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). Prices are displayed in USD. CODVPN reserves the right to change prices at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely via our partner, Stripe. CODVPN does not store your credit card information. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the initial subscription and any renewal fees.
4. Free Trial
New subscriptions may come with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
5. Refund Policy
Given the nature of digital goods and the availability of a free trial, refunds are generally not provided after the trial period ends, unless there is a verifiable technical failure of the service that support cannot resolve.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal or your profile. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
